Submission format and instructions

Submissions will be accepted until the September 4 deadline.

Submissions will be accepted until the September 20th deadline. 

Proposals should include: Author information (name, affiliation, country, and email address for all authors, etc.), title, abstract, submission preference (spoken only, poster only, or any), language preference and appropriate topic areas for reviewing.

The Committee will review the proposals and make decisions on acceptance and format as well as arrangement into sessions.
Authors will be notified of submission decisions by 30th September.
